Prexi Studios Ltda. ("Prexi", "we", "our") operates the website prexi.art, a human-curated library of AI image and video prompts. We are incorporated in Portugal and our registered address is Rua da Boavista 82, 1200-068 Lisbon, Portugal.
By accessing or using prexi.art, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Prexi provides a curated library of text prompts intended for use with third-party AI image and video generation models. The Browse tier is free and requires no account. The Studio tier ($9/month) provides additional features including preview generation, unlimited collections, and remix functionality.
Prompts published in the Prexi library are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. You may copy, adapt, and use these prompts for any purpose, including commercially, as long as you attribute Prexi. Images generated using Prexi prompts belong to you, subject to the terms of the AI model provider you used.
You may not use Prexi to generate or distribute NSFW, illegal, or harmful content. You may not scrape or bulk-download the library. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any access controls. You may not use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
If you submit a prompt to Prexi, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, modify, and distribute that prompt in the library. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Preview generations use third-party model APIs on your behalf. We are not responsible for the outputs of those models. Generation quotas reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused generations do not carry over.
Studio subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Prexi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the prompts will produce any specific result with any specific model. Model outputs are unpredictable by nature.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prexi Studios Ltda. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.
